i just broke up with my girlfriend and i just want to cry and eat my feelings away, god idk what to do

I'm really sorry to hear that..like shucks a break up can be one of the hardest things to get through. A lot of things especially your weight loss journey may not seem to matter but you've come this far and it's okay to cry, scream and whatever else you need to do. In the past you may have turned to food for comfort but it is okay to go over your calories a single day because you really needed it. I don't know what type of relationship you have with food but if this is something you can manage for today then okay. Be kind to yourself but don't let all your progress go to waste...you are stronger than your feelings and this situation. I wish you all the best honestly it is probably going to get harder before it gets easier. Sending you love and light🌻 You are not alone .
