I can’t stop cooking this - this baked hake is amazing, can’t recommend it enough - this plate is 580kcals ☺️

halo how do you bake hake sisi ?

So this is a lightly dusted hake - you bake it from frozen. I put it on a baking tray with some foil below and use a little spray and cook so it doesn’t stick. 20 mins in the oven and it’s done!
