My Breakfast every day. On day 3 of the sugar detox. I'm starting to feel a little better. I just need to take this one single day at a time

Hi, it's just blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and grapes (40 grams of each) and 125ml lactose free milk but you may use almond milk or regular cows milk if you prefer. I'm not allowed to drink almond milk or regular milk right now. I also think, if you're allowed to and willing, a spoon of peanut butter will be amazing in this!
