When I started keto I had a LOT of 2 egg omlettes with mushroom and Spinach and a side of cucumber and cherry tomatoes..........A LOT 🥴🥴🥴

Hahahaha, yes, this is exactly my experience. Also broccoli, cold in a salad vibe or hot with protein.
