Lunch: 558 Cals

Scrambled eggs with butter & spinach. Roasted tomatoes with basil, 2 slices of sweet potato bread & home made spicy cheese spread.

Will have a banana, Oat & whey shake later to fuel my muscles after my workout. (Missed breakfast)
