This looks super delish. How did you prepare your fish?

It was. These are surprisingly tasty box fish: Sea Harvey brand called country fry. I put them in the oven to bake and they are very moist and like fresh fish. 140 cal per 100g which is about the weight of pieces. The batter is very thin and more egg than flour.
