Same shirt. Two months apart. Scale hasn’t moved much at all, and my waist and hip circumferences haven’t really changed either, but this picture tells me all I need to know.

@Miqkaylastofberg thank you! I’ve been maintaining a calorie deficit and working out with a balance of weights and cardio. Low weight high rep sets most days, but I definitely feel like I’ve gained muscle and dropped fat.

I have lost weight but I don’t see these differences when i try on my clothes. But I don’t try on my clothes often. I actually hop straight into my workout clothes for the day. And i do the same thing you do. Hmm 🤔

That is GREAT!!! I agree with you on the scale, the stupid thing is deceiving and loves to enslave people on another level. Clothes tell the truth, especially for those like me whose biggest problems are tummy and back fat. Let the shirts do the talking I say! 😜😂
