day 15 of exercise not one single incremental loss an actual gain 😐 101.6 today im eating 1800cal a day gyming like its no ones business. guys im at it but dont understand why im not losing weight i gym 6 -7 days a week im not fasting anymore maybe i should this is so confusing i see small rips in my fat... like mussels starting to grow i dont know maybe im destined to be big.... so so sad

Keep pushing thru! Remeber muscle is heavier than fat. Take down Cm's not body mass. At first your body will build muscle and you will pick up weight but you may have lost cm's. Keep going! You can do this!🤗

If you gyming really hard you are probably replacing muscle mass where you are losing fat, so the scale stays the same. Are you maybe measueing with a tape?

lower your calorie intake to about 1500 per day. do mostly cardio at the gym and will see results! stay positive! you can do it x

Thanks guys ive been here before its very discouraging i must say. But i will try messurement what are your thoughts on fasting

I do intermittent fasting - minimum 16 hours a day but most days it's more, I find it easier since starting keto. I always had this perception that you need to eat several times a day, and you need to eat first thing in the morning to "activate" your metabolism. Maybe that works for some people, but I don't think the theory behind it is all that true

I stopped fasting beacause of my desisionto follow a blood group diet.... let me tell u i am struggling yesterday day 3 of my blood group diet i had the worst upset tummy ever had to cancel allvmy tattoos for the day deu to cramps i then decided to go back to my roots fasting and dumping processed carbs.. im still not 100% today but getting there
