decided to do more research into my blood group and find more info behind my body and the way it works turns out im a popular O+ so day 2 no wheat and cut on surtain foods and i must say im feeling allot healthier gut wise and my workout was easier than yesterday's. not on the coke zero/sweetner test havent had a head ace or heart pulpatation since i stoped drinking sweetner.
