So I guess the weight is coming off slowly. All this effort for only one kg per week. wow. But at least I am getting there, that means that in 20 weeks I should have dropped 20 kg's. Thats not bad at all.

It's so hard though, for just one kg. And I have so much more to lose... I can't even believe I let myself get this way in the 1st place. But thank you for that, it's motivation for me to keep trying.
