Guys, you can also add those powdered Hidden Valley ranch packets to greek yogurt for veggies and crackers. And I saw someone on Pinterest using lemonade flavored Crystal Light, which sounds really good too. The pudding mix will really thicken the yogurt though, so start with a little and mix first. It’ll be like actual cheesecake texture.

Yes ma'am no problem you have to be careful they sneak it in like my friend likes french onion dean's dip and it wasn't there before now it is I have high blood pressure so I check I have to be aware at all times I also look for fake sweetners like sucralose and things like modified corn starch and high fructose corn syrup all bad for you
