fasting.....mmmm... not sure whats going on but i aint losing weight....been going since 22nd of sept there is almost no loss

😊🤗 LOL takes me 5 months to lose 3 kg because I'm so lenient and a long term person. Sometimes I eat my maintenance calories, sometimes I don't 🤷‍♀️ started at 85kg many years ago. Quick fixes aren't everything 🤗 feel better

Hi Jade, I have the same goal weight as you and started around the same weight as well - these last 2 weeks I have gained 1kg despite not going over my 1500 calories and doing the 16:8 fast every day - but let's not give up now - we can do this, let's just stick it out.
