Feeling slightly anxious... It's my birthday month... Actually both my siblings and I have birthdays this month (6th...28th and mine on 31st) and that means family get togethers and lots of eating. Need to get my mind right and not fall off the wagon. I didn't come this far just to throw it all away. Need to be disciplined so that I can at least enjoy my own birthday guilt free!

Plan ahead. Like what ur making or what ull have instead. For my family it's like (4th, 10th, 13th, 14th,18th 19th). Already conquered the first one by making my own snack platter 😁 u can do this
