So I'm following the '28 day diet' with my ian modifications. I suppose maybe it can't be called the 28 day diet then 😂

A big problem for me is lack of time, leading me not to necessarily eat bad food, but not pay enough attention to portion sizes, variety etc. So I'll be so busy (I work three part time jobs, have four kids, homeschool, etc) that I'm have five minutes to eat before my next appointment so I'll quickly scramble 5 eggs and wolf them down etc. And drink way too much coffee to keep me going.

So when someone posted here about the 28 day diet and I saw it has the meals laid out for you for 28 days I was like 😅 I think I can do that!

Anyway here are my modifications, because I'm gluten free, low dairy and low carb (because I have hashimotos disease)
Fruit = only strawberries.
Potatoes = other veg.
Cereal = my homemade flax/seed muesli or porridge
Milk= my almond milk
Toast = my food lovers banting loaf
Cheese= I'm not sure yet. I may have some cheese now and again as it's mostly milk I avoid.
Meat= I'll swop meats where I need to, because I'm poor 😂

On day two. Today I had to spend 10 minutes cooking my onions and tomatoes for lunch, that was a big deal for me ☺️
