well i did`2.76 run the rest walk on and off and in store 5 miles and burned 1300 calories drank my fruit juice that i made it feels so good after a run and my shin splints have healed and i stretch before running and i wait about two hours before i eat i have a good sweat that last about 30 minutes yes here it was 96 54% humidity you have to get use to the heat i got use to this heat by running in it i said if i'm going to sweat like a pig all the time then i will jog everywhere until i built my electric bike that does 38-40 miles an hour good enough for me and it gets me where i'm going quick and then i do my exercise and i remember my military discipline oh i did not enjoy it while serving but now even through all the shit i have been through i would still join. now i use what i learned in the army and navy now for some protein lets see loin pork chop and backed potato then yogurt and golden milk
