Nighttime walk. An hour of lifting but not near enough steps in today. Beautiful weather and sunset. 💕

Love the picture. Stop being so negative about your self. Think about what you did accomplish not where you fell short of your expectations. I really admire your fortitude. 😷🙏😷

We walked as well. I never let myself go under 10 000 steps a day. What’s your baseline? Or do you have one? It’s normally easy for me but Sundays are the most challenging.

DO you live sort of in the country? I know like Illinois/WI border or something...very nice. I did my arm pyramid workout and had to stop on the last two levels...my arms were shaking too much...but happy I got that much done - next time I will kill it! Be kind to yourself.

I get to 10000 steps maybe once/twice a month. Usually I fall between 5-7000. Today only at 4200. HCB- not really in the country but that's a little bike trail. They made our lake all fancy with a walking trail around it and no one likes this bike path now so I can let Buster run free.

I love the soft colors and the big old wide open space!!! Having my first memories of the praires of Alberta, Canada, I miss seeing the sky like that! I'm glad you guys could get a walk in!

So serene looking and so nice that Buster can run free! Where we are now we'd have to drive somewhere for a safe place to walk so it's more of an effort, but I hope to find somewhere not too far in the coming month or so moving into warmer weather.

Looks really lovely. I need to get back to night time strolls. But between too much reality tv and wind I have not done them.

I’d walk there but then I wouldn’t want to turn around and walk back.
