Thanks everyone! I just keep under 1200cals a day..walk 3km every day, also do horse riding (so any form of exercise a day)..no take aways, nothing processed (if it’s in a box, bottle or a packet it’s a no for me), just drink water..fresh meat and fish, load the veg (complex carbs), scrambled or boiled eggs and crackerbread for breakfast..not giving up when you reach that plateau..that’s it really..
