I have a confession “I was a compulsive weigh-in addict” ⚓️ I used to weigh myself in the morning, in the night, before my bath, after my bath. Anytime I get in the bathroom, I would weigh myself. I realized quickly it probably wasn’t healthy as it influenced my mood. 🥴 I then decided I don’t want to do this the rest of my life, my weight loss journey should be a lifestyle change, and even though I have a much better relationship with food, and I see it as a transformed lifestyle change, I needed to have it with those numbers as well. I have had my birthday, ate some terribly unhealthy things for quite a few days, and I am okay with it. I’ve been fully back on my healthy eating bandwagon for a couple of weeks, so I’m sure I’ve lost quite a bit of it, if not all. My plan is to go through August and stick to my healthy foods, and then weigh myself on the 1st of September... I’m hoping that I would have achieved my mini-goal @ 89kg on that day. Even better if it’s more! 😬 I’m looking forward to maintaining this lifestyle for the rest of my life ❤️ yes I use emoticons as paragraph breaks, so it reads better! 🤣 happy weekend fellow go-getters!
