New to all of this! started a diet and exercising exactly 2 months ago today. i eat around 1000 calories a day and drink just under 4 l of water. i’ve lost about 7kgs in 2 months and hoping for many many more !💪🏻
67.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
