Quarantine has really been hard for me. My family keeps buying junk food and it is very hard to say no. The days always end up with me eating healthy in the morning then eating cakes, biscuits and even chips in the night. I don’t know what to do anymore 😭😭

I feel your frustration. Having kids that are immune to gaining weight and can eat everything is super frustrating. Stay strong.

Maybe try fasting Amber, have your healthy meals earlier in the day, and as soon as the snacking begins, don’t even have a bite, until the next morning where you can eat healthy again. Alternatively - why don’t you make the snacks so ya’ll can be healthy together butternut chips, keto brownies, apple slices and peanut butter - depending on which eating plan you are these are just a few
