I have some ways to go - but want to share with you guys that I believe it’s not about the first big step, but the consistent small steps you take every day. 🤍 we are strong (from carrying all that body weight) and can do whatever we put our minds to.

@Jax - I started my journey on the 14th of October 2019. I started with low carb meals for about a month, then I went to Keto and did it in combination with 16:8 intermittent fasting. In January I started Keto OMAD along with an hour high intensity interval workout, but since the lockdown I have only been running 5km treadmill periodically (maybe once every two weeks). I also try to stay under 1200 calories every day. I’ve had some cheat days, but my biggest recommendation will always be to jump right back on the bandwagon. Like Shereen always says - it’s all about balance. MOST IMPORTANTLY - I’ve done it without any products like Herbalife or USN. Just a good old fashioned multi-vitamin. Wow! You are such an inspiration!!! Please tell me how you’ve achieved this? I’ve started following you and made notes of some of the meals you’ve posted 😊 When you do the fasting and OMAD thing, do you eat in the morning before your fast or do you not eat from the get go? And also do you just drink water during your fast? 🤗

@Jade - it’s advisable to eat during the same hour everyday when you do OMAD, so I eat from 12pm - 1pm, and then fast for the rest of the day. For my 60-hour fasts I have my last meal usually on a Saturday Eve and then skip food on Sunday, Monday and break my fast on Tuesday afternoons. I’ve always been addicted to diet sodas but since I’ve started with the 60 hour fasts - I don’t like the taste anymore, so hardly ever drink it anymore. I drink water and black coffee (probably more coffee than I would ever want to admit) 😉☕️ P.s - I also eat Pink Himalayan Salt while doing my longer fasts to ensure I don’t feel woozy! well freeking done!!! jeepers that is so amazing!!! What is your calorie intake everyday and are you cutting out all carbs? How long take you to get there? I am very heavy... so need the motivation.
