I find that when I lose weight, it’s just that-weight. Then after a few weeks I start to lose mass, no ‘weight’ comes off but I can feel I’m getting smaller.

The first three weeks of a diet are the hardest and the weight doesn’t come off. Just hang in there it will start to come off soon ❤️

Maybe rest a little ? Are you eating enough calories? I had to recently recalculate my RDI. If all else fails try a light cheat day and take it from there. Resting 1-2 days can do wonders when you’ve been on a high streak.

Hi hon! Just remember if you're also exercising that you do build muscle, aka, you increase lean body mass. This is a good thing! The results will show in centimetres, e.g. your pants will feel looser than it was before. Don't be disheartened, it is a long journey and you have the capacity to finish it! ☆

Have you tried measuring your weight everyday then calculating your weekly average. You'll get more accurate readings.
