Hi ladies. It’s very easy. I basically just cooked the chicken in an electric frying pan in that tandoori paste that you can purchase in a jar at the Indian spice shops or Montagu Spices. Mixed with some coconut milk garlic ginger and some Himalayan pink salt and ground pepper. Cabbage and pepper were sautéed in coconut oil with a little Ina Paarman veggie spice

Ooo can't wait to make it. But I'm gonna have a go at making my own tandoori paste. Don't have very good Indian shops around here
