12 each of Weighted back/left side/right side extensions
3x10 DB Straight Leg Deadlifts
20 V-Ups w/Med Ball
Swiss Ball Planks
10xeach leg Weight Plate one leg push press on upside down Bosu Ball
Hanging Leg Lifts
10xeach arm one arm shoulder press at cable station
15 swiss ball pike/knee tucks with pushups
