So this is a unofficial weigh in, I usually weigh in on a Friday but I just felt so good this morning I thought I'd hop onto the scale. So glad I did, currently sitting at 56.8 that means I'm down 3 from last week after a long plateau.
I know when I weigh on Friday I might be up but I'm just so glad to see some movement in my weight.
This has really put me in a good mood for the day and I actually feel motivated to keep going.
