hopefully back on track the last month a lot has happened.First i give my boyfriend the boot after blaming me for his drinking.Then I lost my mother.Lots feelings to sort out scatter her ashes on saturday then they found out my pulse is very low and low iron levels.So i am gonna fight hard back I am no quiter.
159.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 69.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
