It’s a quarter cup of chia seeds together with one cup of coconut milk and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir to make sure all combined and leave for about an hour minimum or overnight in the fridge. Serve with any fruit you like

Thanks. I am definitely going to try it. I have plenty of chia seeds cos I always put them in my smoothies. This will be a welcomed change
