hi everyone im back after being in the holiday mode for a 2 month period. into circadian fasting 5 days todate. its been easy as i was used to it. i have not dome weigh in or started a gym program. when i stoped fasting i took pills for a skin problem was allergic to them so was on cortisone almost the full December. im still having a few mild reaction. i realised that without my fasting and gym ive not only gained weight but my body is healing very slow. im struggeling with gerd and a nob in the throat. im now 5 days in and can def feel my body flushing. i should not have dumped my diet for the holidays...as a result i am going threw bodily things i never have before 1st weigh in at 7 am today.
