I went to the mall today with my family. They were hungry , so they decided to go to Burger King. I craved nothing, so I just went to back to shopping. I was amazed at how I handled myself , usually I'd give in but I didn't and ate a home made nutritious meal when I got home. I'm surprised by myself control. It's also date night tomorrow. So I'll do some cardio in the morning, and I'll remain fasted until I go out. I'm doing this because I don't know how many calories I'll consume tomorrow (you never know what these restaurants put in your food to make it taste so amazing). I might also get some cheese cake and wine ,lol...It's date night after all.
