Make apple cider vinegar water your friend. I drink it before and during my meals. It makes me fuller faster ,thus I eat less. Also if you're a sugar junkie like me , rather go for the natural sugars in fruit. I haven't craved any chocolates or biscuits for weeks now. Instead I do a small bowl of fruit salad almost every day
