Guys and Girls! I am so proud. I have lost my first 20kgs today. 💁‍♀️

Have you ever stopped and thought about how much it is that you have lost? Like I lost 10 x 2litres of coldrink or 40 x 500g blocks of butter!

Sometimes you don’t always notice how far you have come, but putting it into something you can see makes the world of difference!

sometimes it is hard to notice it in the mirror... but you see it on the scale... not gonna let that stop me i am gonna keep going
