Hi Queenie$...welcome! 😁 I have tried en tested so many things through the years and found that I can not function well on a low-carb diet. I try to keep bread to a minimum, but for me it works best if I eat a bit of everything, with healthier options in mind.
But a diet / healthy lifestyle is really unique to an individual. So doing what works for you, AND is sustainable on the long run, really is the best option.
