i cut out all carbs and it is working for me. i do not do cheat days cause a cheat day is never just a cheat day. i dont diet.... it is how it has to be for the rest of my life. i eat like a small person so my body will have to adapt to be that small person.

I wish I knew what to say Monja. I can read your pain! All I can think of is that it's a mind-set, a way of life and there IS no end. Once we realize that this is the way it has to be I guess there's a switch in our minds that eventually triggers and we finally start getting it right! (hasn't really worked for me yet..... Eating healthily doesn't come naturally to me! I don't really like good food!) But I am determined to TRY! One step and one day at a time....you CAN do this. I know it's hard.... But the important things always are. 🤗

I understand your pain and frustration! I lost 25 kg through very hard work and felt on top of the world but 3 years down the line I gained 30 kg. How depressing. I’m down again and still have 20 to go and it is so hard when you feel hungry all the time. I find that eggs in the morning can sustain me until lunch. I watch my kJ intake and drink a lot of water. Good luck and hand In there. You CAN do it. I’m supporting you!

In 2013 I went from 120kgs to 88. I felt amazing. And then put it all back on again. There have been many failed starts along the way but my current journey seems to be as promising as in 2013. What am I doing different that all those failed starts between 2013 and now? Well, I have gone back to basics. I eat when I am hungry, make sure I have small portions, lots of fresh veggies and salad, watch my fruit intake, cut out white carbs and most importantly, I LOG everything. That's how I did it in 2013. Go back to what worked for you before. Follow it to the letter. It will work! We got this! Good luck!

For me keto is the way forward. No starving any more on keto. It is the healthiest way I have ever eaten. just give it a try. There is so much information and guidance on the why and the what on the internet, you will never feel alone. good luck going forward.

Unfortunately once you have lost the weight, you can NEVER go back to eating the way you used to. You have to make changes to your diet. I too have walked the path of success and then to gain it all back plus a little more. I have made a decision that this is the very last time I am going in a diet. I will lose the weight and when I reach my target weight, I will watch what I eat every day and when I Gain as much as half a kg, I will do something about it immediately. I think that is the only way. Healthy balanced meals will keep us on our goal weight. Good luck. I’m with you!
