One of the best things that I have enjoyed about this whole experience is the experimenting with food(I have had to lol) is that you can still have really low calorie foods that taste great and often I have not even noticed that I haven't had starches, oils and sugars. I will be introducing alot of it back in slowly from Monday however.
It's great knowing that there are so many other ways to have that good food without the guilt.
