I believe if you keep hounding they will change. My fiance was smokibg ciggarettes and eating food on the couch for her own sake and because I argued incessantly, she quit smoking, and went to vaoing, quit vaoing and now how healthier choices. The arguing has helped me become healthier too. We argue because something that is happening does not appease us. The only way to fix this is to tackle that stress by acknowledging it. Over and over until eventually they get it. Dont give up.
