what app is this? looks cool. 

@Shereen, It’s the zero app. I use it as well.  

this app gives me great results i cat track and monitor progress realised how many people are actually wasting money on pills and weightloss when its actually just as simple as IF i must also add without some of you i wouldn't be on this path
