I have an insatiable craving for sugar 😢

If you can get them - PVM energy bars really help me with sugar cravings. At 189 calories per 45g bar the choc strawberry ones are yummy and full of nutrients 👍

Try a teaspoon in apple cider vinegar or lemon in a cold glass of water. I don’t understand the logic but it works for me and I have a sweet tooth of note!

Try Erythritol ( sugar replacement from Pick n Pay) Much better than stevia or xylitol - no after taste & zero carbs

I substitute any sugar treats with fruit. it works a charm for me.

Carefull with fruit, as its very high in sugar & carbs. If you are pre-diabetic ( Fat around the waist?) then a big no-no. Only Berries pass the test here.
