What times do you eat and what times do you fast?

Hi there 👋🏼, so my last meal is at 8pm in the evening and I will only have my first meal at 12 noon the next day , so I fast for 16hrs and my open window is hrs . Basically, I have eliminated breakfast and only have a healthy lunch and dinner ( hope this makes sense)
