Hi everyone I’m back from my overseas cruise and it was absolutely amazing and filled with tons of junk. I don’t even want to step on the scale as yet but I think I’m just going to start this week off by detoxing and feeling good and healthy about my body again. I feel like it’s okay for us to enjoy ourselves and give ourselves the time to get back on track. So this Monday I’m starting off with a detox.
