I always crave candy.... I find grapes as a great substitute

When I am craving something sweet I snack on a slice of cheddar cheese with honey on top.

I ate grapes for 2 weeks once and I put on weight. So beware.

@harrietjameson Overeating any food (even healthy foods) are bad for your body. I use a little bit of grapes just to quench the craving.

to much sugar in grapes try eating berries instead
