I want to start doing one 24 hour fast once a week every week
Does anyone have any tips on the best way to go about doing this like best times from and till, or things to help control hunger pangs etc

I usually fast on a Monday. It works best for me... Usually I'll have my last food / snack on Sunday evening and then only start eating again on Tuesday morning. I drink LOTS of water, coffee and different flavoured tea when I fast ☕ If you get headache from fasting, you're probably not drinking enough fluid (i.e. less than 3L per day). If you overhydrate, though, you can also get a headache - then you should take a rehydrate sachet / electrolyte solution (sometimes I'll just add a pinch of salt and lemon to my water and gone with the headaches! 😋) Everybody is different, but you really learn to listen and understand your body when you go through fasting... I do OMAD. One meal a day. I only eat in the evenings. At work during the day I'll have my coffee (black, no sugar) until 12 & then I switch over to water for the rest of the day until I go home. It's easy not to think about hunger when you are busy. So the best is to just keep you mind occupied on other stuff.
