After a grueling workout, I'm finding these chicken bags to be a lifesaver! Paired with a large chocolate milk, it's got the perfect blend of macros for a post-workout/pre-bedtime snack:

Calories: 1762
Protein: 69g
Carbs: 260g
Fats: 43.5g

1100+ calorie surplus and a nice workout... if I don't see a gain tomorrow, I'm gonna be livid lol.

Oh my! Pre-bedtime? That's the magical time of day where you store all calories, all that General Tso's is going to go straight to your ass. On a serious note, if all of those carbs and sodium don't cause a scale gain, you may have a tiny black hole in your stomach. :P

Chris - I have a theory. If your body uses energy to digest food then eating before bedtime is like a workout in your sleep. Maybe it's not a tapeworm at all.

A pound? Damn I would have gone up 3-5 for sure, at least for the sodium anyway..

Well, when these are your regular daily meals the gain will be minimal if at all. If you go from maintenance or especially cutting calories, you will gain a lot.
