Chris - I have a theory. If your body uses energy to digest food then eating before bedtime is like a workout in your sleep. Maybe it's not a tapeworm at all.

Well, when these are your regular daily meals the gain will be minimal if at all. If you go from maintenance or especially cutting calories, you will gain a lot.
