Guys what do you think of these sweets 🍬... I found them at dischem and thought I would try them in my ‘cheat’ day... is there a catch, what do you think?

I've been eating Gingerbons from dicherm , ginger honey and lemon chews . Only 15 calories 🤷🏽‍♀️

Maybe just be aware of the sweetener used to make the sweets. If it's made with sugar alcohols, then eating too much can have a laxative-like effect on the body.

I bought the toffees from the same brand. They had a laxative effect on me...

If it contains xylitol it would cause stomach upset if eaten large amounts of

I think they contain maltitol...

Only eat small quantities (as warned on package - may have a laxative effect) - I buy them all the time...the smarties are great

Thanks everyone for your feedback... so small amounts is key, cause yes they contain maltitol syrup... just glad there is alternatives to the high carb sweets...👍🏻
