So there it is, broke the camel’s back on the 148’s.

Lets hope it continues.

How did i break it? Reduced calories from 1900 to 1650 yesterday. Stopped apple cider vinegar and water for 2 days. Thats all that i changed.
147.7 kg Lost so far: 34.5 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don't know if I can survive without Apple Cider. what do you have when you feel the hunger pans

Oh, didnt know that is what apple cider vinegar did. But now that i think of it, ive had a touch of hunger pains the last 2 days or so. Interesting. Nothing i cant handle with water intake

good for you. nothing like hanging in there and getting to the small tipping points. you will need to change your #handle at some point in this journey 😉
