I have been home sick all week and honestly I have enjoyed the break. Break from IF because of medicine. Break from exercise. break from waking up at 4:50 for gym. break from counting calories. I know I am on the mend because I am now getting fidgety again and wanting to cook and clean and organise things again. I'm looking forward to feeling better and doing all that good stuff that I am on a break from, but for now - I am just enjoying the break.
