It's official. I have lost 40.2kg from the time I restarted my journey on 20 November 2017. I hasn't been easy, but it feels good and at least I have achieved something. Still continuing on this, I know I will get there.
82 kg Lost so far: 40.2 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

wow that's amazing! well done. I just started with the app today an a bit worried because I have like 40kg to lose but my calorie intake a day is 2300.. not sure if this is correct? sorry I am not to clued up about this yet. should I not be eating less calories for me to lose weight?

@NAtalieBawa i wll advise u do a proper research, i will not be eating that much calorie considering i also have 43kg down to go

if you eat less it will help but not too much my calories for the day is a 1300 every day with HITT and cardio and a little bit of weights

@NatalieBawa, I agree with @brumelove and @Alexa589. You have to eat less calories than you burn in a day. The diets that I followed specifically are quite strenuous or hectic both physically and mentally. You really need to be mentally prepared if you want to get into those. I lost all that weight without any exercise, simply because I ate very little. Good luck!!
