It all adds up .. on a gym day I get about 3500 steps in during a class. I work in town so my car is parked at least a km from my office. I take a 20 minute (ish) walk during lunch to get out the office. When I get home, regardless of how tired I am - I walk the dogs for 20-40 minutes and because the one is a husky... I vacuum - like - all the time. Oh.. also. One of our lifts was broken this week so I've done the straits a few times as well.
