Thank you guys. My calorie intake is 1500pd. I don't keep much track of macros. I use judgement most times but try follow high fat high protein low carb eating plan. I do 30min workouts at home. Love Jillian Michael dvds. Ripped in 30 being my fav. Also am now on IF and loving it. I play around with OMAD during week and relax to 2 meals on weekends. Works perfectly for me.

I am 1.71cm highest weight end of the year 102.6, now Down in the 90s between
n 97- 94.4 my highs are lower and my lows are lower since October when I saw that 102,6kg scared Me so bad I'm No longer in my 20s I am I'll be 31,in April. Better get my act together Asaph
