I starting eating properly on the 20th August 2018. It seemed my BMI was not looked at favorably by New Zealand Immigration. I was very mobile 182.2kg. Ive lost just under 19kg to date, come down from a tight 6xl to a loose 5xl and my old 4xl clothes are teasing me to fit into them. My lasts month of weight loss has been slow with on 5,9kg lost, and I’ve been trying all tricks to speed it up. Any suggestions? I need to loose 0.358kg a day. First month i was ahead of target, second month I’m about 18 days behind target. I hit these patches where i loose 2.5 to 3 kgs in 3 days and then i spend a week or two bobbing around that point, going a little up and down. A cheat day definitely helps to speed things up.
163.3 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 51.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
