I find that simple cost effective foods like cabbage, eggs, cucumbers, mushrooms, avocados, cauliflower, broccoli, lentils, tomatoes, onions, cheese etc are filling and help me maintain a keto lifestyle.

Jade keep it simple. I don't make fancy keto meals. I eat a lot of ommelettes. plain cheese ommelette or I fry about 30g of onion in butter or coconut oil, add some frozen mix veg, cover pot and let it steam. That makes a nice filling with some cheese and 2 strips of bacon.
Eat chicken with the skin and a Greek salad or veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, spinach and green beans.
I do Intermittent fasting and only eat 2 meals a day, some days just once.

Why not use a diet you can afford. The only reason any diet works is because of two factors. Eating at a calrie deficit and being able to do so consistently.
